Family Tour
A kayaking experience for the whole family with bird and marine life identification, mangrove exploration, fish feeding and more.

The Family Fun tour is a fully guided kayaking tour designed for families with children aged 4-12
The tour starts at the 1770 foreshore. After meeting your tour guide and gearing up with paddling vests and paddles, a brief introduction on kayaking techniques and safety will follow.
All kids are given a marine and bird life identification chart to use on the tour.
We choose the best route for the day depending on tide and wind conditions. The 2 hr tour may take us out to the sandbar, a beach or along the mangroves and will include fish feeding and wildlife identification as well as a small break with tea/coffee/juice and homemade biscuits.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure time.
We are locted on a beach about 200m past the 1770 Marina and boat ramp. There is parking at the Marina and a little past our beach where the public toilets and change rooms are located.

- Swimwear/clothes that can get wet
- Sunscreen/hat/sunglasses
- Waterproof camera (if you don't have one - dont bring it. You can download our free tour photos from Facebook)

Paddlers must weigh no more than 120kg.
Not suitable for children under 4.

A waiver must be signed prior to tour departure. For children under 18 a parent/legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
Please respect the requests of the tour guide for your own personal safety.
All kids must be paddling with an adult. There needs to be one adult per two kids at least.
Minimum number of 4 passengers apply. We reserve the right to transfer, alter or cancel the tour due to weather conditions or numbers.
No smoking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure time incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 48 hour notice incur a administrative charge of 10% of total booking fee.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
