A waiver must be signed prior to tour departure. Children under 18 a parent/guardian must sign on their behalf.
Cancellations made within 24hrs of departure time incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 24hrs notice incur an administration charge of 20% of total booking fee. We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Paddlers must weigh no more than 120kg each or 190kg combined in a double kayak.
People under the influence of alcohol or drugs, will be refused to take part in the tour and no refunds will be given.
We reserve the right to transfer, cancel or alter the tour due to weather conditions or booking numbers.
